I've never regretted not living in LA until I started reading your blog. The FIDM store and this Starbucks fancy business makes me reconsider not applying to law school on the West Coast.
I wanted to get away really badly when I applied. Now I'm glad that I stayed.
LA has a lot of wonderful things, but aren't you glad that you're missing out on the traffic?
