I got a message today from a reader regarding the upcoming BCBG warehouse sale, which reminds me of how crazy things were last year. Shopping at crazy sales is kind of like going to war, and a sense of camradarie does emerge from the survivors. One girl from school recognized me at the sale, and even though I didn't see her there at the time, there's that "special bond" that comes from knowing that common experience.
All that reminiscence reminds me of things that happened at the Oxford H&M in the UK when the Viktor and Rolf collection came out. Shiny Shiny and Susie Bubble recounted their experiences, and man, that made what went on at last year's BCBG sale look tame in comparison. Check out the videos!
